Young Girls at the Piano (2)
1892, Musée d'Orsay, Paris, France. Besides this painting, where the firm and flexible design clearly defines the figures while unleashing the lyricism of the palette, there are three other completed versions of the same composition (one at the Metropolitan Museum in New York and two in private collections). There is also an oil sketch (Paris, Musée de l'Orangerie) and a pastel of the same size (private collection.).
